Common questions
Is Aimee OS a chatbot?
It includes a website assistant, but the product is wider than a chatbot. It also collects Project Briefs, captures enquiries, scores lead quality and provides follow-up tools inside WordPress.
Do I need Aimee OS Pro?
No. The Free version is designed to remain useful for basic Project Brief and enquiry capture. Pro adds the AI assistant, Business Knowledge, branding and advanced lead tools.
How much is Pro?
The introductory price is £49 for the first year, then £99 per year thereafter.
Will Pro use a licence?
Yes. The planned commercial version will use licence activation so Pro status can be securely validated for the licensed website.
Can I customise the assistant?
Pro is designed to allow the assistant name, avatar, business logo and launcher branding to be personalised.
Does Aimee invent prices or promises?
The AI is designed to work from Business Knowledge supplied by the site owner and avoid inventing unconfirmed prices, guarantees, services or timescales.
What about spam protection?
Spam protection is planned using server-side validation and CAPTCHA/Turnstile-style protection alongside existing rate limiting.
Can visitors leave and return to the brief?
The current build can preserve progress within the browser session so visitors can move around the site without immediately losing their work.
